Hi everyone! I am really hoping to find a concrete community to help me as I near the final stages of my 100lb weight loss trend. I am down nearly 65lbs, and want to get down at least 30lbs more. But I have hit a plateau and have no idea what to do. I exercise 5-6 days a week for a minimum of 1 hour (I have started adding more time this week because I am trying anything to get the scale moving again), I do Body Pump at the gym twice a week. I alternate my routines everytime I go for variety. For food, I think I was eating too little, but now am trying to eat a little something every few hours, protein and fruit. I know how to eat right, and have done really well, so I don't know what else to do. Is it true that you just have to wait a plateau through? Any ideas of what else I can do? Thanks :)
PS I just came off of Adipex yesterday since it obviously has stopped working since beginning it in March. I went back to trying Burn 60 from GNC, which I think helped before.
