Would anyone else like to 'donate' their diet day to another member? How it works is, you find a member to donate your day to and tell them that you will, for them, stay within your food and exercise goals (whatever those may be) and dedicate the day to them and leave them a post in their diary telling them you are dedicating the day to them. At the end of the day, go back to their diary and leave a message that you did meet your goals and then thank them for providing the focus of your day.
Of course, if you are dedicating your day to someone, it is only natural that they would like to set a good example for you as well. So if someone dedicates a day to you, you might be a little better at meeting your goals for the day! Positive reinforcement and a name to go with a goal. Of course we do these things for ourselves, but this is kind of like some fun and friendly insurance! So if you see me dedicating my diet day to you, that is why =)
