This is a great inspiration. I've read many books by Thich Nhat Hahn and this article on mindful eating and our relationship with food is a good one.

How strange that I am very mindful when it comes it eating chocolate, savouring each mouthful, anticipatiing the lot. I don't do it with my other foods. I am going to give this a try!

LOL. I do that with chocolate as well. I usually eat lunch at the computer, but now I'm not. I'd often finish lunch and then barely remember eating it.
